Inspiring speech from Nick

Newcastle upon Tyne East MP Nick Brown gave an inspiring speech at the recent members’ Christmas Dinner held on the 4th December at the Camden Arms in Pembury.

Nick, was born in Hawkhurst, grew up in Tunbridge Wells, and went to the Technical High School for Boys (now Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys). He had a number of ministerial jobs under Prime Ministers Blair and Brown and reminded us of some of the key achievements of the last Labour governments. He stressed the importance of electing a new Labour Government in May if we are to beat the cost of living crisis and save the NHS.
